International Parcel Delivery Agreement
Due to the specific nature of international transportation, customers using services are required to adhere to international parcel delivery rules. Please read and accept the following terms and conditions carefully.
1. Compensation Standards for Package Delivery
Liability and Limitations:
- If your parcel is lost, damaged, delayed, or subject to customs confiscation for reasons beyond ’s control, will not be liable for compensation.
- Indirect or unrealized losses will not be compensated.
- For additional protection, please refer to our insurance policy and compensation guidelines.
Exclusions Without Insurance:
- Losses due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or customs-related actions.
- Confiscation or penalties resulting from violations of mailing restrictions or prohibited items regulations.
- If the parcel's external packaging is intact without signs of tampering, and the weight matches but internal components are missing or damaged.
- Customs confiscation confirmed by the logistics provider.
- Loss or damage caused by customer error or the nature of the shipped item.
- Failure to report and request compensation within the inquiry period after the parcel is sent.
- Parcels detained, confiscated, or destroyed due to laws and regulations in the sending or receiving country.
2. Prohibited Items
Compliance with Regulations:
- Shipments must comply with national and international regulations, including:
- Chinese Postal Regulations: Regulations issued by the State Postal Administration, Ministry of Public Security, and Ministry of National Security.
- Customs Order No. 43: "List of Prohibited and Restricted Articles of the People's Republic of China."
Items Prohibited from Mailing:
- Items restricted or banned by national laws and regulations.
- Hazardous materials: Explosives, flammable substances, toxic chemicals, radioactive elements, etc.
- Illegal content: Reactionary or obscene publications, materials threatening public security, and counterfeit goods.
- Currency: Coins, banknotes, and other monetary instruments.
- Items that are perishable or harmful to public health.
- Live animals, except for specific exceptions (e.g., bees, silkworms, leeches with secure packaging).
- Improperly packaged items that may endanger postal workers, contaminate, or damage other mail.
3. Situations Excluded from Compensation
- Force Majeure: Loss caused by natural disasters, war, strikes, or customs delays.
- Regulatory Violations: Confiscation due to prohibited items or failure to adhere to customs regulations.
- Packaging Integrity: No compensation if the package is intact externally but internal items are missing or damaged.
- Customs Confiscation: Loss or detention due to customs clearance issues as confirmed by the logistics provider.
- Customer Negligence: Errors such as incorrect declaration, improper packaging, or untimely reporting.
- Inquiry Delays: Failure to request compensation within the specified inquiry period.
- Local Laws: Detention or destruction of parcels due to laws in the sending or receiving country.
4. Guidelines for Restricted Items
Prohibited by Postal Conventions:
- Items that may harm postal workers, contaminate other mail, or damage postal equipment.
- Sharp or hazardous objects that hinder mail processing.
- Controlled substances: Firearms, ammunition, flammable or radioactive materials, narcotics, and infectious items.
- Publications or printed materials threatening social stability or public health.
- Documents or goods banned by the recipient country.
Additional Regulations:
- Shipments must also comply with the relevant customs regulations of the destination country. Non-compliance may lead to confiscation or penalties.
5. Recommendations for Customers
- Review Regulations: Familiarize yourself with the restrictions and guidelines for both the sending and receiving countries.
- Purchase Insurance: Add insurance coverage to your shipment for protection against potential risks, including loss, damage, or delays.
- Ensure Proper Packaging: Use secure and appropriate packaging to protect the contents during transit and comply with safety standards.
